Bio

Hello CHIME families. My name is Domineque Taleghani, and I am a new fifth grade teacher at CHIME. I first fell in love with CHIME when I started as a Para Professional in 2008. Since then, I have subbed in many of the different grade levels and earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Bachelors in Liberal Studies at California State University Northridge.

I believe that all children have unique talents and ways of learning; it is my goal and pleasure to make learning fun and engaging while meeting the needs of all learners.

During my free time, I love to travel (I have been to Brazil, Europe, and Hawaii), hike, and camp. I enjoy reading and learning about different cultures.
