Bio

Hello, my name is Cristi Green and I will be working the second and sixth grade teams this year. I am very excited to join the staff at CHIME as I have been working in an inclusive setting for the past six years in Watervliet, New York. I grew up in Latham, New York and just recently moved to Los Angeles. In 2004, I received my Bachelor of Science in Childhood Education from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. I, then, went on to obtain my Master of Science in Special Education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York in 2006.

I strongly believe in an inclusive model of education and feel that is important for students of all abilities to learn together. A community-based environment is imperative where students can learn from each other. I also believe that it is important to work as a team. I look forward to get to know and work with the CHIME community!
