Imagine a world where
each individual’s unique differences are celebrated and valued.
Imagine a school
where children of all abilities learn from and with each other.
GIVING
OPPORTUNITIES
The
Annual Fund
Unrestricted
gifts to the CHIME Annual Fund provide funds for the highest
qualified faculty, paraprofessionals, specialists, textbooks,
technology, art supplies, library books and facilities for each of
the program sites.
The
Annual Fund Also fills the "gap between the publicly funded
portion of a CHIME education and the actual cost per student to
fulfill the CHIME mission of high quality education for children
with or without disabilities. Annual fund gifts are the
backbone of giving to CHIME because they allow the Institute to use
the funds where they are most needed.
Gift
Pledges
A
gift pledge is a formal agreement noting the donor’s intention to
make a gift in one or more payment over a one to three-year period.
A pledge offers donors an opportunity to give a gift now or in the
future.
Gift
of Stocks and Securities
CHIME
accepts gifts of stocks and securities. There are tax advantages to
the donor for donating publicly traded stocks.
Matching
Gifts
A
number of corporations will double or triple your gift to CHIME. A
corporate Matching Gift Program provides opportunities for your
place of employment to support the non-profit organizations that
play an important role in their employees lives and communities.
Please contact your company’s human resources office to determine
if your company is part of the matching gift program.
Memorial
and Honorary Gifts
A
memorial gift honors a loved one, friend or associate who has passed
away. An honorary gift acknowledges a special person, occasion or
date that is meaningful to you.
Planned
Giving/Bequests
A planned
gift in the form of a bequest ensures that CHIME will be able to
provide it unique services in the future and creates a legacy for
the donor.
Corporate
and Foundation Giving
Gifts from
foundations and corporations enhance and or make possible programs,
facilities and services that benefit CHIME students. Corporate and
foundation giving to CHIME provides an opportunity to create
partnerships between the business world and CHIME.
Gifts-in-Kind
CHIME
welcomes gifts that will enhance a program or event. To determine if
your gift is a match for the CHIME Institute, please contact the
