Hi, I'm Shira, otherwise known as Ms. Cherniet.  I began working at CHIME in September of 2008 and am so happy to be part of the CHIME community.  Here's a little bit about me:  I attended UC Berkeley where I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Pepperdine University where I earned my Teaching Credential and Master's in Education.  My goal each day is to inspire within your children a love of learning, respect for others, and responsibility for themselves. I try to make learning as fun as possible...some of my past students may tell you about "different people" they met throughout the year  ;) .  I feel so fortunate to do what I love and love what I do.  I can't wait to meet your children!
