The 2013-2014
application for enrollment are available through this website.
For an application to be eligible for selection in the
lottery, the application must be complete, accurate and
postmarked or received by Friday, March 8, 2013, 3:00 p.m.
If you are mailing or faxing your application, please call
the main office at 818-346-5100 to confirm receipt of the
application. Late applications will automatically be placed
on the waiting list in the order they are received.
A random public drawing will be held on March 15, 2013 for admittance
in the upcoming school year. The results will be
made public after April 6, 2013. We are pleased to offer
prospective parents a tour of our school prior to the
lottery. Visit our school site, observe classrooms and
receive lottery information. Reservations are required to
attend the tours. There are a limited number of spaces
available for each tour.

CHIME Infant and Toddler Program
This program serves families and children birth to 3 years who are eligible for early intervention
services through the California Early Start program. Please call 818-677-3866 or e-mail at
EarlyEd@CHIMEINSTITUTE.ORG to schedule a tour or for
more information.
CHIME Preschool & Kindergarten Inclusion Program
The program serves children ages 3 to 6 who are eligible for special education.
